Sufian & Passamano, L.L.P. was established in 1997 in Houston, Texas. The firm is dedicated to improving the access to healthcare and the quality of life of individuals with cystic fibrosis.
The firm’s partners and associates have practiced broadly in the field of disability rights and health law for more than thirty years, and now focus their broad experience on representing people living with cystic fibrosis.
The firm represents individuals with cystic fibrosis in Social Security disability benefit claims, including the associated eligibility for Medicaid and Medicare. The firm also assists individuals with cystic fibrosis and their families with obtaining and maintaining health insurance coverage so that they may have access to necessary and appropriate healthcare.
The firm continues its tradition of providing information to individuals with cystic fibrosis about disability rights in employment, education and other aspects of life affected by cystic fibrosis.
